This kid has grown so much in just one month. you can tell from the last hippo picture that he is now bigger than it. I still can't believe how easy my baby has been from the beginning. I came to the realization today that I gave him three last names. Whoops. (Ryan said on the next kid we'll give them three first names to balance it out.)
He's holding his head up really well now. He can sit in his Bumbo okay, but he still needs a blanket to prop him up because his core is definitely lacking. I'm afraid he won't roll over any time soon because I don't do nearly enough tummy time with him. I'd rather hold him than set him down on his stomach. He definitely favors his right side, and is always looking over his right shoulder. I've tried to get him to go left and he does every once in a while, but it's a battle.
He is still sleeping well and only wakes up once in the night. I've never really had to stay up with him all night because he is sooooo easy to put back down.
He's a happy kid and it's easy to get him to smile (except when I take pictures)... I haven't really learned what his different cries mean because he usually only cries when he's hungry.
All in all I like him a lot and love these new stages that he's getting to. My whole family is coming up next week so we'll have some fun bonding time. Wilson told me he can't wait to see his cousins!!
