I want these shoes for Wilson. Really bad.
I just feel like $32 for a kid shoe is pretty steep. I love them though. LOVE THEM. I figure each kid can wear them and they can just get passed on down, even if I have a girl. I would totally make my little girl wear them, after-all I dressed Wilson in a pink Polo shirt. So gender boundaries don't mean much to me. However: how dirty would an 18 month get these shoes? Would Wilson trash them within the 5 months that he's able to wear them? I need answers.

zoey had those at that age and they can be passed down.
They'd probably stay clean if he didn't wear them outside. YOU SHOULD BUY THEM! That's what you always tell me when we're shopping...
Tell Ryan you want them to be your Mother's Day present.
I have the same conversation with myself. Cora wore Converses. She's actually on her third pair. They're like $25-30. The first two were definitely pass-on-able, though I'm not sure her current pair will be. She did, after all, just turn three. The older they get, the most likely they'll be to wear them out.
Are they canvas? Wash them if they are. I would buy them. My kid outgrows shoes in about 4 months and he wanted to be "benny the jet" from Sandlot for halloween, so we had to have the black converse. Do I regret it? Heck no!!
Oh, just buy them. Will you really care about the money years from now? No. But the pictures will always be adorable. :)
DO IT!! i have like 4 pairs of converse that lincoln has passed down to dax. love them.
